On Friday 15, July 2022, Rev. Andrew Kwiatkowski, Rev. Brian Muling and Rev. Ignatius Tan were ordained to the Priesthood by Archbishop Peter A Comensoli in front of family and friends at St Patrick’s Cathedral.
In his homily, Archbishop Comensoli reflected on the image of the Good Shepherd.
Christ, the Good Shepherd, he noted, ‘needed to know His own, so that He could then lay down His life for them.’
On behalf of the newly ordained, Fr Kwiatkowski addressed the congregation by thanking those who had supported, encouraged and inspired their vocations.
‘We have given God our lives,’ he said, ‘so that we might serve His Church, and especially all of you, who have given so much to us. Together we can continue to build up the kingdom of God and be a true light of hope and joy in this world.’
